Project Manager / Project Architect

We are seeking for candidates with Hospitality and/or Multi-family Residential experience.

Compensation package is determined based on experience. Please see requirements and benefits at the bottom of the page.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects from from Design development, Construction Documents to Construction Administration phases.

  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with project management, clients, consultants, and contractors

  • Work closely with Design Team to develop a profound understanding of the project and to effectively follow through and further develop the design intent and project direction

  • Analyze, apply and comply with Clients’ requirements and Brand Standards

  • Perform building code analysis

  • Prepare and create drawings that adhere to established office standards

  • Create project schedules and manage team tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Oversee tasks and output to ensure work is executed accurately through redlining, and constant coordination with project team

  • Develop special details that apply to different construction types and projects

  • Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects with varying deadlines

  • Review shop drawings, project submittals, etc. for document compliance

Qualifications

  • US Architect License is a plus

  • Prior experience as Project Architect / Project Manager

  • Knowledge of Building Codes and Accessibility requirements

  • Advance technical knowledge in different Building Construction Types and Building Construction details.

  • Strong skills in project management, froward thinking, time and team management

  • Architectural Degree (BA, BS, B. Arch, M. Arch)

  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and works with positive attitude as a team manager and team member

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook

Architectural Drafter or Job Captain

We are seeking for candidates with Hospitality, Multi-family, Residential and/or Small Commercial experience, to participate in all aspects of construction document preparation.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate construction drawings using AutoCAD.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects, during Design development, Construction document and Construction administration phases.

  • Perform building code analysis with training

  • Prepare and create drawings that adhere to established office standards

  • Work well with the firm’s leadership

  • Coordinate with the internal team

  • Ability to communicate and coordinate with management, consultants and team members

Qualifications

  • Hospitality and/or multifamily architecture

  • Architectural Degree (BA, BS, B. Arch)

  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and works with positive attitude

  • Basic Knowledge and Understanding of the application of Building Codes and Accessibility requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
